Tick Saliva Study (CIR 367)

Outpatient study enrolling adults 18-75 years old.

In this study, we are collecting blood samples to see if a new test will tell us if someone has been bitten by ticks.  We are asking people that may or may not have been bitten by a tick to participate as healthy donors.

The study is enrolling adults 18-75 years old.  There are 2 study visits 4-6 months apart. Participants must be available for 6 months to complete the study.  People who have no conditions that suppress the immune system and who have not spent more than 4 consecutive weeks outside of the mid-Atlantic region in the past 6 months may qualify.
