Dengue Inpatient/Outpatient Dosing Study (CIR 332)

The purpose of this trial is to study a medication to prevent dengue virus infection. We want to see if the medication will prevent you from becoming infected with Dengue virus.  In the future, we hope the medication will be used in travelers to help prevent them from getting dengue virus. The study (is):

• 3 months long

• 2-3 screening visits (about 2-3 hours each)

• 1 three-night inpatient stay*

• 1 dengue exposure visit (about 2-3 hours)

• 16 outpatient visits

• 1 full-day outpatient visit (12 hours)
